I have a problem with my copier and the salesman wont answer my calls! Has this ever happen to you? It does happen all the time, you see, once the sale is made and the salesman pulls away he is finished, he gets his commission and moves on, most of the time he/she probably did not even dig deep enough into the proper areas to find out if the machine is what you really needed or if you were allowed the proper monthly or yearly volume. What happens a few months after the sale and you are having an issue with the copier? The company has sent 4 different technicians to your business and you had 8 calls within a month for the same problem?! Has the salesman returned your call yet? probably not and by now you are fighting with the service dept well, you are not alone folks, many companies deal with this and it is wrong. God forgive you ask a copier salesman to did a little deep into some research on your copier issues.
