You may not like what you read here but sometimes the truth hurts and someone will have to tell you you made a mistake.
You fell for it Hook, Line & Sinker
You fell for one of the best marketing tricks made in office machines. You became so cost conscious that you became a statistic, penny wise dollar foolish.
What the Box stores did was... they offered you a machine for cost, they sold you a machine a near cost to hook you knowing that you would be attracted to the low cost purchase yet you never calculated the cost to operate the machine, oooppppppsss, big mistake! Yes, they gave you the machine at cost and they are making the money on you through toner! Duh now you are adding up the cost of toners and drums you are putting into the machines. Figure it out, you are getting ripped off and you allowed it to happen because of thinking that was not though out.
OK, so you made a mistake, costly but now you are aware of it and you are calling your copier dealer back to sell you a Commercial machines. Good for you, I mean that with sincerity, you first realize the mistake then you omit it and then you correct it by calling your local dealer. The Commercial Copier dealers knew this all along but had to let YOU find out for yourself, we did warn you but...
Right now you have to move on and bite the bullet and go out and get a commercial copier, dont worry, your dealer will love to have you back and hopefully you will stay.
I would rather sell you the right machine or I will walk away from the sale, I know full well when talking to a potential customer if it is realistic that they will own the right machine or if they will be going back to the same old bad fiscal CPP (cost per print)
